I've always prioritised understanding my own psyche through self-reflection and therapy. That way, I can put my newfound knowledge to good use by dissecting the minds of the big, bad wolves in my life... LOL
Recently, I've been immersing myself in the teachings of Islam and rediscovering its beauty and depth. However, I acknowledge and fully understand that navigating the world as Muslims in a heavily westernized society has its struggles.
I still think we should try our best. 🌹
With this blog, my ultimate mission is to arm women with knowledge from both the realms of psychology and Islam. I not only aim to help them grasp the inherent power they possess, but also to gently guide them towards a path of strength, higher awareness and righteousness.
